Accessing Studies in the Thumbnail Strip
When you select a study in the Studies list, it appears in the Thumbnail strip. You can then drag and drop a thumbnail to a specific viewport.
To access a study in the Thumbnail strip:
-
Open the required study. See About Opening Studies and Series.
The current study and all its relevant prior and future studies appear in the Studies list. The Thumbnail strip shows the thumbnails and patient information for the current study.
If a sequence protocol is matched, all priors selected by the protocol are also displayed in the Thumbnail strip. If the Show Different Thumbnail Strip on Each Monitor is enabled in the Images Thumbnails Settings menu, the left-most Thumbnail view shows the current study, while priors are shown in other Thumbnail views. This method of displaying studies allows you to quickly compare the current study against priors. See Enabling Multiple Thumbnail Views.
