Opening Multiple Windows

You can open additional InteleViewer application windows to view and work with studies. All of the InteleViewer features are available in the new windows, no matter how many you choose to open.

For example, if you are interrupted with an urgent case while working with a set of studies, you can search for and view the urgent case without disturbing your pre-existing work.

You can also create multiple InteleViewer sessions by connecting to different IntelePACS.

To open multiple windows:

1. Do one of the following:

   • From the main menu, choose File | New Window.
   • Press Ctrl+N.

   A new InteleViewer window opens.

2. To open additional windows, repeat step 1 as many times as required.

To close windows:

1. Select the required application window.

2. Do one of the following:

   • From the main menu, choose File | Close Window.
   • Click the “x” button in the top right corner of the window.

   The window is closed. If only one InteleViewer window was open, you will be asked if you want to exit the application.
