Inserting Quick Texts
Quick texts are reusable texts that you can insert in draft reports.
To insert a quick text:

In a draft report, place the cursor where you would like to insert the quick text.
You can use the keyboard, mouse, voice commands (M*Modal only), and SpeechMike buttons to move and place the cursor in the draft report.

Do one of the following:
- From the Quick Texts panel, select the quick text that you want to insert to automatically insert it into the report.
- Type the name of the shortcut for the quick text, and then press F3. For example, if the quick text shortcut "Nor" is associated with the quick text “No abnormalities found in the lungs.” then type the letters “Nor” and press F3.
- Say the “insert” voice command followed by the name of the quick text. For example, say the voice command “insert normal heart” to insert the quick text named "normal heart".
- Say the “quick text” voice command followed by the name of the quick text. For example, say the voice command “quick text normal heart” to insert the quick text named "normal heart".
A message appears at the bottom of the Report Editor displaying the name of the quick text and whether it was successfully inserted.
