Creating Quick Texts from the Draft Report

You can create quick texts directly from the draft report, allowing you to define standard replies for reuse in future reports.

Only radiologists can create quick texts from a draft report with MMR with M*Modal.

To create a quick text from the draft report:

1. In the Report Editor, select the text that you want to create as a quick text.

2. Right-click the selected text and then choose Create Quick Text from Selection.

   The Quick Text Editor appears with the selected text as the content of the quick text. If you did not select any text, the Quick Text Editor is blank.

   Sections and subsections are not supported in quick text and are converted to bold text and title case, if present.

3. Use the Quick Text Editor to name, modify, and save your quick text.

   The Quick Text Editor allows you to define your quick text, add order information, and copy text from other existing quick text. See Editing Quick Texts.
