About the Worklist
The Worklist tab displays the orders acquired within a specified time range configured by Intelerad. Every order that appears in the worklist is available for you to dictate, except for orders that are locked or reserved by other users. You can use the filters in the worklist to find and select your required orders.
If the RIS assignment groups feature is available on your IntelePACS, and your user account is assigned the Hide Unassigned Orders or Orders not Associated With RIS Assignment Groups restriction, then this worklist displays only those orders that are assigned to you or to a RIS assignment group to which you belong.
If the User Credentials feature is available on your IntelePACS, then you will have access only to orders that you have the credentials to dictate.
The worklist displays only orders that:
- you have the credentials to dictate.
- are assigned to you.
- are part of RIS assignments groups to which you belong.
To view orders that are not displayed in your worklist, you can do a search by accession number in the Ready tab of the Worklist or in the Search tab. For more information, contact your PACS administrator.
The Worklist tab is comprised of the following sub-tabs:
Not ReadyDisplays all orders that have been scheduled (requested) and not yet acquired (or completed). By default, orders are displayed from the past 12 hours to 48 hours ahead of the present day and time.
ReadyDisplays all completed (or acquired) orders. You can also view orders with any status when filtering by accession number. This can be useful if, for example, you are interrupted to view a specific case. Instead of using the Search tool to find the case, you can enter the accession number in the worklist.
DictatedDisplays all orders that have been dictated in the past 48 hours.
OverviewDisplays all orders regardless of the state of the order. By default, orders are displayed from the past 24 hours to 12 hours ahead of the present day and time.
If you require a different time frame for the Not Ready, Overview and Dictated tabs, contact your PACS administrator.
