Searching for all Studies for a Patient

When you search for studies, your search results may not contain all of the studies for a particular patient, depending on the search filters that you used. For example, if you search for studies from only one modality, your results will not display studies that the patient may have obtained from other modalities.

However, you can list all patient studies to quickly view all of the studies stored in the database for a selected patient.

To list all patient studies:

1. Search for a study. See Using the Studies List.
2. Select the study or the corresponding series in the list.

3. To select multiple studies or series, do one of the following:

   • Ctrl-click each required study or series.
   • To select a range, click the first study or series and drag to the last one in the range.
   • To select all studies or series, press Ctrl+A.

   

4. In the Studies or Series list, right-click and choose List All Studies For Patient.

   

   All studies for the selected patient appear in the Study window.
