PowerScribe

Application PathThe path to the executable file (also known as a program file) of the PowerScribe application. If you do not know the path, you can click Browse to locate the executable file.

Exchange FolderThe location of the exchange file (also called study.xml) that the Reporting Worklist Module uses to share data with the PowerScribe application. If you do not know the path, you can click Browse to locate the exchange folder.

SynchronizationSelect the desired synchronization between InteleViewer and PowerScribe:

Synchronization Mode	Description
Automatic Synchronization	Any order open from the worklist or the Search tool is automatically synchronized with PowerScribe.
Semi-Automatic Synchronization	Any order open from the worklist is automatically synchronized with PowerScribe. Orders that are open from the Search tool must be manually synchronized with PowerScribe. This is the default synchronization mode.
Manual Synchronization	If there are no orders open for dictation and you open an order from the worklist, then the order is automatically synchronized with PowerScribe. All subsequent orders that you open from the worklist must be manually synchronized with PowerScribe. Orders that are open from the Search tool must be manually synchronized with PowerScribe.

Automatic Synchronization

Any order open from the worklist or the Search tool is automatically synchronized with PowerScribe.

Semi-Automatic Synchronization

Any order open from the worklist is automatically synchronized with PowerScribe. Orders that are open from the Search tool must be manually synchronized with PowerScribe. This is the default synchronization mode.

Manual Synchronization

If there are no orders open for dictation and you open an order from the worklist, then the order is automatically synchronized with PowerScribe. All subsequent orders that you open from the worklist must be manually synchronized with PowerScribe.

Orders that are open from the Search tool must be manually synchronized with PowerScribe.

The synchronization mode roams with the general profile.
