Saving a ClickView Report and Marking the Order as Dictated
If your IntelePACS is integrated with ClickView, you can save the report in ClickView and then click the Close as Reported button in the Patient Record tab to set the order status to "dictated" in the system.
To save a ClickView report:

Save the report in ClickView prior to closing the ClickView session window.
Saving the report in ClickView does not set the order status to "dictated" in your system.
If you close the Patient Record tab or InteleViewer window before saving the report in ClickView, the report is not automatically saved and the corresponding ClickView session window closes without a save notification.
To set the order status to "dictated":

After completing your dictation and saving the report in ClickView, click the Close as Reported button in the Patient Record tab.
Clicking Close as Reported closes the corresponding ClickView session window.
