Preliminary Reports Table

The Preliminary Reports table in the Signing worklist displays the status of each preliminary report in the Signing worklist.

The following list describes the columns in the Primary Reports table.

DescriptionThe body part being studied.

Dictated by The name of the user who has dictated the report.

Dictated DateThe date that the report was dictated.

Locked The report is locked by another user.

ModalityThe modality used for the study.

OwnerThe user assigned to the report.

Priority The priority of the report. There are typically three priority levels: STAT, URGENT and Routine.

Status The status of the report, which indicates if it is pending signature, signed, or locked. Only the fellow and attending radiologists can view this column.

This column is only displayed when Resident Over-Reads is enabled.

If the icon row is blank for a report, it means that it is a legacy report that was dictated on IntelePACS or InteleViewer 4.10.1 or earlier.

Study DateThe date the study was created. This column is turned off by default.

If you use Resident Over-Reads in your workflow, you can sort the reports in the Preliminary Reports table from the Show list.

You can sort the reports in the Preliminary Reports table based on the following:

Reports pending my approval The reports that are assigned to you for signature.

My reports/Reports pending my approval The list of reports that you have dictated and the list of reports pending your signature.

All reports The list of all reports in the signing worklist.

Only the fellow and attending radiologists can see the Show list.
