About Worklist Filters
You can use column filters or saved filters to display specific orders based on the filtering criteria.
Column filters appear below the worklist column headers. Depending on the column, you can either enter text or select from a predefined list of filtering options. After applying column filters, you can save the current filter criteria as a personal saved filter.
Saved filters appear in the worklist Filters list and provide quick access to predefined sets of filter criteria. All saved filters are stored on the IntelePACS server. Saved filters can include:
Global filtersCreated by your PACS administrator and available to all radiologists at your facility. You can make them visible by adding them to the worklist Filters list. Global filters always appear above personal and default filters in the Filters list.
Default filtersCreated by Intelerad and available in the Not Ready, Ready, and Dictated worklist tabs. Default saved filters include the Reserved For Me, With Images, Today, and My Drafts filters. The Reserved For Me filter displays all orders that you have reserved for dictation. The With Images filter displays orders that contain images. The Today filter contains orders from the current study date. The My Drafts filter displays draft reports and addenda. If you use the reading slot assignment workflow, the Assigned to Me filter displays all orders automatically assigned to you by the Intelerad Assignment Engine.
Personal filtersCreated by and available to an individual radiologist. You can save commonly used filter criteria as personal filters to quickly apply them to your worklist. Every time you log in to a workstation on your network by using your IntelePACS account, your personal filters will follow you and automatically be available in your session on that particular workstation.
Enable the Show Locked Orders option in the Filters list to display orders that are reserved or locked by another user.
You can apply saved or column filters to the worklist, rename and delete personal filters, and select and reorder the saved filters that appear in the Filters list.
