About Setting Preferences

Set user preferences to customize the interface behavior, appearance, and image layout. If your IntelePACS is configured with advanced layout management, you also configure layout protocols in the user preferences, or configure sequence protocols in the Sequence Protocol Manager.

The preferences you set are stored on the IntelePACS server. Every time you log into an InteleViewer workstation, your preferences follow you and are automatically be applied at that workstation.

Certain preferences might not be available when you log in to a different workstation. These must be configured on each workstation that you use. These preferences are in the appropriate sections.
