Communication Notes from Clario SmartWorklist
When your system's configuration includes bi-directional support for Clario SmartWorklist, the Patient Record Tab displays a Communication section containing the different types of notes you have configured in your implementation of Clario SmartWorklist. An icon represents each type of note, and the number shown on the icon represents the number of notes of that type listed in the section. The Communication section refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
Incomplete notes are not visible to other users. Make sure that you finish your notes by clicking OK or Submit or the equivalent depending on your configuration.
To add a note:
- Open the Patient Record Tab for the patient.
- In the Communication section, click the icon for the type of note that you want to add.
- Enter the information as required.
- Click Submit or the equivalent depending on your configuration.
To edit a note:
- In the Communication section, click the note you want to edit.
- Make the changes.
- Click OK or the equivalent depending on your configuration.
