Starting InteleViewer via InteleBrowser

You can launch InteleViewer via the InteleBrowser main menu or via InteleBrowser using one of two URLs. One URL opens a study based on both accession number and patient ID, and another URL will open a study based on accession number only.

To start InteleViewer from InteleBrowser:

  1. Log in to InteleBrowser. For detailed information, refer to the InteleBrowser User Guide.
  2. In the InteleBrowser main menu, click InteleViewer.

    InteleViewer starts.

    Depending on your system configuration, your InteleBrowser session may expire after a fixed period of time. If so, repeat steps 1 and 2 to resume working with InteleViewer.

To start InteleViewer via InteleBrowser using a URL:

  1. Open a Web browser.

    InteleViewer using an accession number only, use the following URL as a template:

    https://<PACS SERVER NAME OR IP>/InteleBrowser/ViewImages?username=<EXTERNAL USER NAME>&masterKey=<INTELEPACS SHARED KEY VALUE>&sharedPacsUser=<INTELEPACS SHARED USER ACCOUNT NAME>&accessionNumber=<ACCESSION NUMBER&clientId=<NAME OF CALLING APPLICATION> 

    InteleViewer is launched, opening a study with the accession number and patient ID, or accession number only that you specified in the URL.
