About the Dictated and Transcribed Worklist Columns

The Dictated and Transcribed worklists display columns that provide information for transcriptionists.

You can filter and sort the both worklists based on these columns:

Acc #Displays the dictations and transcribed reports that include this accession number in the associated order. The accession number is a unique order identification number. Depending on your IntelePACS configuration, another term, such as Requisition or Exam Number, may be used instead. For linked orders, a list of accession numbers associated with the dictation is displayed. In the Dictated worklist, you can filter your worklist based on accession number. In the Transcribed worklist, you can search for all transcribed reports containing that accession number. In the Transcribed worklist, when you search by accession number, it ignores all other filter criteria.

AddendumDisplays an addendum icon Addendum if the report includes an addendum.

Completed DateDisplays the date and time the scan was completed.

Dictated ByDisplays the name of the person who dictated the order.

Dictated DateDisplays the time when the dictation was created.

Entering OrganizationDisplays the organization for the dictating radiologist. For linked orders, you can have multiple entering organizations.

Local StateDisplays the interim state of the dictation. For example, Transferring. This is an internal filter used by the Intelerad Technical SupportCenter for troubleshooting purposes.

Lock OwnerDisplays the name of the transcriptionist who is transcribing the dictation.

Lock StateDisplays the lock status of the order: Transcribed or Dictated. This is an internal filter used by the Intelerad Technical SupportCenter for troubleshooting purposes.

ModalityDisplays orders obtained from the selected modality or modalities. If you do not select at least one modality, orders from all modalities are displayed.

Observation DateDisplays the date and time the scan was started.

Order CredentialsDisplays the credentials required to read the order. The column is hidden by default.

OrganizationDisplays the organization to which the order belongs. For linked orders, you can have multiple organizations.

Patient AgeDisplays the age of the patient at the time that the orders were created.

Patient IDDisplays the ID for the patient. A patient ID is an institution-wide patient identifier, and can contain any alphanumeric character. Depending on your IntelePACS configuration, another term, such as M.R.N. or Patient Number, may be used instead.

Patient NameDisplays the full name of the patient.

PriorityDisplays the priority level of the dictation. There are three priority levels, typically named “STAT, “URGENT” and “Routine”. Your IntelePACS can be configured to use other terms for the priority levels.

Referring PhysicianDisplays the name of the referring physician and the RIS ID, if applicable.

Requested DateDisplays the date and time the patient was scheduled to arrive.

ReviewersDisplays if a fellow or attending radiologist is assigned to review and sign a report. An F indicates that a fellow is assigned to review and sign the report. An A indicates that an attending is assigned to review and sign the report. When you hover over the icons in the Reviewers column, the names of the assigned fellow and attending radiologists are displayed. The Reviewers column is only available in the Dictated worklist.

You must have the Resident Over-Reads feature enabled to view this column.

StateDisplays a star icon if the report or dictation is open. Displays a lock icon if the report or dictation is opened by another transcriptionist. In the Transcribed worklist, the lock icon also indicates that the report has been signed by a radiologist.

In the Transcribed worklist, the lock icon does not display if the transcribed report is opened by a radiologist. If you open a transcribed report that is already opened by a radiologist, a warning message appears.

Study DescriptionDisplays text contained in the Study Description field.

Transcription DateDisplays the date that the dictation was transcribed. This column appears only in the Transcribed worklist.
