Patient Notes

The patient note section on the Patient Record tab displays notes specifically related to the patient, perhaps entered by a technologist or a front-desk administrator.

Patient notes might include information about allergies to medicines or requirements for a translator. Only the most recent patient note and the most recent patient alert are displayed. Patient notes are created using InteleConnect EV. For more information on creating patient notes, refer to the InteleConnect User Guide.
