Accessing the Report Template Manager

You access the Report Template Manager to create, edit, rename, duplicate, and delete report templates. Depending on whether you are a radiologist or a transcriptionist, you access the Report Template Manager from the User Preferences window, or from the main menu in InteleViewer.

Radiologists must have Multi-Method Reporting with Dictation Module or Multi-Method Reporting with M*Modal selected as their dictation system to access the Manage Report Templates window. Contact your PACS administrator for more information.

To create, edit, duplicate, or delete global report templates or , you must be assigned the Manage Report Templates privilege in InteleBrowser.

To access the Report Template Manager as a radiologist:

1. Click Utilities | User Preferences (Ctrl+U).

2. From the Application menu, select Dictation System.

   The Dictation System dialog appears.

3. From the Current Dictation System list, select either Multi-Method Reporting with M*Modal or Multi-Method Reporting with Dictation Module.

4. Click Manage Report Templates.

   The Manage Report Templates dialog appears.

To access the Report Template Manager as a transcriptionist:

1. From the main menu, click Reports | Manage Report Templates.

   The Manage Report Template dialog appears.
