About Configuring Layout Protocols

In many radiological workflows, a radiologist needs to display a particular set of images in a specific sequence for an optimal and efficient diagnosis. InteleViewer provides two methods that you can use to identify studies and control how they are displayed:

• Sequence protocols: allow you to configure multiple layouts of the current study and multiple priors in the viewports.
• Layout protocols: allow you to configure only the initial layout of the current study and a single prior in the viewports.

This appendix contains all the information you need to configure layout protocols.

As layout protocols will be phased out in the near future, Intelerad highly recommends that you use sequence protocols.
