Reassigning Reports

In the Resident Over-Reads workflows, fellow and attending radiologists are responsible for signing the reports that have been dictated and signed by a resident.

If you are a fellow or an attending radiologist, and have received a report in error, you can reassign it to another fellow or attending radiologist. If you are a fellow, you can only reassign the report to another fellow. If you are an attending, you can only reassign the report to another attending.

The Resident Over-Reads module must be enabled on your IntelePACS. For more information, contact your PACS administrator.

To reassign a report:

1. In the Signing worklist, select the report you would like to reassign.

2. Click Change beside your name and do the following:

   

   • If you are a fellow, select a radiologist from the Fellow list.
   • If you are an attending, select a radiologist from the Attending list.

3. In the confirmation dialog that displays, click Reassign.

   The report will removed from your Signing worklist, and added to the Signing worklist of the fellow or attending radiologist.
