Reserving Orders

You can reserve orders though the worklist.

To reserve orders:

1. In the worklist, search for the orders that you require. See Filtering the Worklist.
2. Select an order and press Ctrl+R or right-click it and choose Reserve.

3. To select multiple orders, Ctrl-click each one. To select a range, click the first and then Shift-click the last one in the range.

   A hollow star icon  appears, your user name appears in the Owner column, and “dictate-reserved’ appears in the Lock State column to indicate the selected orders are reserved. They remain reserved for you until you dictate them, choose to unreserve them, or the default reservation duration elapses.

   The images for the reserved orders are automatically prefetched to your workstation, if required.

   You can view the upload progress in the Image Count column. The Image Count column is updated with the local image count every few minutes, but you can refresh information for individual entries by clicking on the order of interest in the worklist.
