Document Viewer Preferences

Set the Document Viewer preferences to customize the behavior of the Document Viewer.

Automatically Show Scanned DocumentsWhen you enable this option and you open an order, the Document Viewer automatically opens and displays the scanned documents that are associated with that order. When you disable this option and you open an order, the Document Viewer does not open, and you must click Show Scanned Documents button in the Patient Record tab to open the Document Viewer.

InteleViewer applies the preferences described below only when you open new orders. These preferences do not affect orders that you have already opened.

InvertReverses the colors of a scanned document. For example, black text appears white, and a white background appears black.

Using the Invert button in the Scanned Documents window updates the Invert Document Viewer preferences to the most recent invert usage.

Zoom ModeThis option lets you set the default magnification level for scanned documents. You can zoom in to get a close-up view of your document or zoom out. Fit Page adjusts the magnification so the document fills the document window. Fit Width or Fit Height adjusts the magnification so that the document fills the document window horizontally or vertically. Actual Size displays the document at 100% magnification.
