Using the About Dialog

The About dialog displays information about the installed version of InteleViewer, the Unique Device Identifier (UDI), the current user, the system on which it is installed, and which features are active.

You need to access this information when reporting technical problems to Intelerad Technical Support. You can copy the information to the system clipboard so that it can be easily transferred to an email message, for example.

To open the About dialog:

1. From the main menu, choose Help | About InteleViewer.

   The About InteleViewer dialog appears and displays the User & System page by default.

2. Do one of the following:

   • To view information on which features are active on your system, click the Features tab. These features are internal configuration and program options used by Intelerad Technical Support for troubleshooting purposes. The features listed do not necessarily correspond with InteleViewer features or additional modules configured on your system.
   • To view user and system information, click the User & System tab.

To copy information in the About dialog:

1. From the main menu, choose Help | About InteleViewer.

   The About InteleViewer dialog appears.

2. Click Copy to Clipboard.

   All of the information in the About InteleViewer dialog is copied to the Windows system clipboard.

3. To paste the information, open the application into which you want to copy the information (such as a text file or email) and press Ctrl+V.
